The Sant’ Isidoro Agriturismo is located on the divide between the Ellero and the Val Pesio valleys in Lurisia 650m above sea level. The magnificent foothills of the Maritime Alps can be explored on foot, on mountain bike or on horseback.

Starting from the Agriturismo paths up to the top of the Pigna mountain (1868m) with 3 mountain bike downhill slopes or The Mondolè territory (2000m), range from easy to more trying. Another walk leads you to the Lago di Pianfei or the Parco Naturale Alta Valle Pesio. A 30-minute drive take you to Alba and its world renowned gastronomy and wine. 50 minutes on the A6 motorway will take you to the beautiful Ligurian coast.

Terme di Lurisia

The Sant’Isidoro Agriturismo offers a shuttle service to the nearby Terme di Lurisia, its healing waters, discovered by Marie Curie and its modern spa offering relaxing and rejuvenating mud baths saturated with the curative waters.

Mondoleski

In winter, the Sant’Isidoro Agriturismo offers a free shuttle service to the nearby Mondolè ski district boasting 130km of pistes (green to black), a number of crosscountry skiing pistes, snow board pistes (halfpipe,…) and alpine bars where piping hot polenta is served in the snow. Ski instructors can be hired for the day or the week.

Motorcyclists will enjoy over 100 km of mountain roads from Cuneo (16km from Sant’Isidoro) in the mountains or down to the Mediterranean (via the Colle di Tenda, colle della Maddalena, Colle della Lombarda, la Bonnette, colle dell’Agnello, colle di Nava, colle S.Bernardino etc.).
