‘Abrusa’ is piemontese for ‘it burns’… and this paste certainly has a good kick to it!

Made on the farm with a minimum of 75% cayenne peppers and balanced with anchovies, garlic and onions, this paste can be mixed into mayonnaise or used to spice up dishes such as amatriciana or aglio and olio pasta sauces.
